The ultimate guest experience.
Guests traveled from cities throughout the US and UK to take part in this multi-day celebration weekend. With high expectations for top level service in a luxuriously relaxing environment, our team partnered closely with local vendors to take the normal to the exceptional.
Top Challenge:
An initial provided estimate of 75 guests turned into a pleasantly surprising final count of 168 attendees. With the original resort buyout providing a total of only 64 rooms and suites, there was an immediate need for additional accommodations.
Our Solution:
Working closely with the client, we arranged for an additional fifteen (15) offsite locations to provide the required accommodations for all guests. The locations varied in proximity to the main resort, requiring a complex transportation adjustment due to limited resources in the village. Our team partnered with our local transportation company to troubleshoot and identify all challenges in advance. Real time direct communication between all offsite guests and our team resulted in a seamless and successful solution.
