Attendees and their families came together from all over the world to celebrate our clients' milestone anniversary. Designed to pay tribute to a culture of dedication and faithful service, this multi-day program featured luxury accommodations, activities for all ages, and marquee events complete with multiple A-list headliner performances.
Top Challenge:
For this milestone celebration, our client was looking to do what they had never done before: bring together all employees from their US and UK offices for one large-scale celebration weekend. We were tasked with creating a VIP-level, once-in-a-lifetime experience for 10,000 attendees complete with events and activities that would appeal to all ages.
Our Solution:
Given the magnitude and complexity of this program and a compressed planning timeline, our team threw our full strength into managing each and every detail from start to finish. Securing full and partial buyouts at several luxury hotels, we enhanced standard inclusions to create comparable services across all locations. A wide variety of on and off-property activities were available for guests to enjoy in the mornings and afternoons with large-scale events scheduled for each evening. The welcome parties and celebration event each presented distinctly unique experiences filled with outstanding design and production elements, dynamic energy, and custom-built performance sequences.
